Orbital Fleetwork Facilities

Part of the Tier 4 level of research upgrades, the Orbital Fleetwork Facilities is the sister technology of the Orbital Skunkwork Facilities and unlocks the respective industry of the same name, the OFF. It requires both the SES and Alloy Purification technologies to be researched first.

This upgrade costs 12 Research Databanks, an Alpha Core and takes 80 Days to complete. This technology can only be researched once.
