Crime Syndicate

Crime syndicate is a non repeatable disaster which can occur on your planet, which if solved grants better bonuses.

Starting the Event

This event will only trigger once the player has a controlled Market which is at least Size IV or larger and has been reduced to Stability II or lower.

Requirements

Once the event triggers, the player is given a brief window in which they must do everything in their power to reach Stability VII or higher, otherwise they will have to deal with the new rising power of a local Crime Lord or suffer the consequences.

If the player is successful, they will instead be rewarded with a permanent +10% Accessibility bonus to the planet.

Afterwards, this event cannot trigger again and is one of the few events in which it is actually beneficial to proc for planets which can easily be fixed but have lower accessibility such as Volcanic or Cold Worlds.
