The final technology which requires completion of both the Remnant Type Battlestation and Stellar Light Manipulation. Completion allows construction of the Perihelion Project so you can flex on the rest of the sector that you can throw resources away frivolously.
This upgrade costs 7 Research Databanks as well as a Hypershunt Tap and the installment of the Hyperdimensional Processor, taking 120 Days to complete. This technology can only be researched once.
