Terraforming Templates

Part of the secondary technologies that is unlocked once the Research Facility has been completed, this technology unlocks the ability to begin various terraforming structures but does not inherently start the terraforming process as each respective technology must be unlocked afterwards.

This upgrade costs 12 Research Databanks and takes 30 Days to complete. This technology can only be researched once.
