Virtues of Society (VoS)
Centered around Colony events, VoS centers around Player controlled colonies that pop-up throughout your playthrough. It is heavily inspired by the event systems of simulation games such as Ixion or Stellaris.
About
Evolving Worlds
As your Colonies expand, you will encounter various multi-stage events whose outcomes will impact them in various ways. These range from temporary boons and/or banes to permanent modifiers and even unique industries, structures, or planetary conditions.
Choice and Consequence
Every choice shapes your new domain. Whether by being reborn from the ashes like a rising phoenix or becoming a role model citizen of the Hegemony; what you seek to claim and build is a direct representation of what you choose to neglect and respond to. Only through diligence and careful planning can you avoid the horrors of the Collapse from repeating themselves and strive off anarchy and chaos...or embrace the endless cycle of history as it repeats itself once more. Choose wisely, as even a single mistake can bring countless cycles of planning to nothingness and not every choice has the potential for prosperity.
Responsive Adaptation
VoS isn't just about expanding on the Vanilla Star Sector experience, but also a growing assortment of other potent and cultivated mods. These expansions will add new alternate pathways, additional content, or even entirely new methods of play based on your standing with various factions if they are enabled and present within the Sector. No matter who is present, the Sectors inhabitants will present unique opportunities or challenges that mirror their vast history and culture.

Industries
VoS adds the following industries by default which can be constructed on Player controlled colonies once certain conditions are met:
- Bakery (Part of UAF crossover): Produces Bakery goods from the UAF Bakery template as a Commodity.
Additionally, the Tri Tachyon Branch HQ appears as an automatic structure as part of the Tri-Tachyon event. It cannot otherwise be constructed or dismantled while the event is active.
